Meet the Divas of Savvy Singles

Kymn Collins

Kymn Collins

Co-Founder

As a teenager, Kymn was  mentored by Australia’s iconic queen of style, June Dally.  It led to an exciting early career in fashion and advertising in Australia and overseas. This was followed by a stint as a QANTAS Flight Attendant before Kymn married a Foreign Diplomat and moved into the role of Diplomatic Wife and mother. On returning to the workforce Kymn established several small businesses, first in importing and retailing, then Management Consultancies in the Hospitality and Advertising industries. She also returned to university to study Archaeology & Egyptology.

In a fairly dramatic shift, Kymn then moved, en famile, to Thailand where she settled for 14 years. During this time, Kymn addressed another item on her “Things to do in this life” list and set herself the target of becoming a professional equestrienne.  Having competed successfully at international  level as rider, coach and trainer she  entered the corporate world of equestrian sport.  Kymn built and managed large scale equestrian facilities and was event manager for many FEI sanctioned international competitions.

Kymn returned to Australia in the role of CEO of Med3 Dermaceuticals, a leading edge skincare company based in the USA. At present Kymn works in Real Estate and loves the challenges and opportunities of this dynamic industry. She is still heavily involved in business networking and has been an "Online Diva" since the inception of the group for entrepreneurial online business women.

It has been in recent years, as Kymn rebuilt her life back in Australia, that she became aware of the special needs of Singles in today’s cultural environment and has become passionate about meeting those needs via the Savvy Singles community.

The most important thing she has learned from her journey is that it is not how beautiful, talented or smart you are, just how well you can dust yourself off and get back up after life's knocks!
